How about only the CSL retro ballasts?
Are they just the bulbs or the whole fixture??

Package comes with two single retro 96 watt ballasts with waterproof endcaps(not a hood model its retro), two 96w brand new bulbs still in boxes and two 96w lightly used bulbs.

You have 2 CLS ballest or 1 w/dual outlets? And you have 2 new bulbs (1-atinic, 1-10k), also 2 used bulbs (1atinic, 1-10k)correct?

I have two of the single 96 watt CSL ballast kits(not just one dual). The new bulbs are 1-10,000k and 1-real 03 actinic, the used ones are 1-real 03 actinic and 1-50/50. Both ballasts are in like new contition and work great.
