If the shrimp are uncooked and unseasoned, they will be fine.
IMO, The problem with freezing some of the smaller foods, such as brine, is that when they freeze their shells burst and alot of the nutrition is lost into the water. So when you thaw it, a good portion of the nutrients are also lost in the water. What's left of the nutrients in the shell (exoskeleton) is fed to the fish.
This is not as much of a problem with large foods like table shrimp. They are just that, larger. Some nutrients are still lost, but to a lesser degree. My theory on this is that the large shrimp (or other foods) have a thicker shell/skin which does not literally burst. Furthermore, they are meatier and therefore have more area to expand when frozen.
