I actually have used it before. I get pretty good polyp extension from it. Be warned though, use half of what they recommend, or your skimmer will hate you

. I would show you some results, but my skimmer broke on Sunday, and I am waiting for my MSX 160 to show up before I start back using my normal feeding routine. I liked it, but maybe it was just the "placebo effect".
