Any other opinions on Hang on Refugiums?

I am setting up a new 120g with LR/LS. I would like to use only a skimmer becasue it is in my bed room and I think the overflows will make too much noise. Has anyone had goodd luck with the hang on refugiums?

I use an ecosystem with miracle mub.
I give it a good rating. Not much space in the back but seems to be enough to get the job done.

I use the largest CPR on my 30 gallon and I love it. I think it would be too small for a 120. You would need a bunch of them or you would need to build something yourself.
