I found this other lighting they are both the same price and I would really appreciate your opinion
1 x 150 HOI and 2 x 75W VHO
1 x 150 HQI and 2 X 55W PC
Is this even going to be enough light a 37 gallon tank that is 24 inches deep? Also what is the deal with the moon lighting?

What do you plan to keep?? The 150w would be good enough for light demanding corals, anemones and clams IF they are placed high in the tank. A 250w is really needed to penetrate down 24". Also, what's the tank's length?? Standard rule of thumb is 1 MH for every 24".

Well the tank is:
Length: 24.5"
Width: 15.25"
Height: 24"
Right now I have about 35 lbs of LR and 40 lbs of LS,octopus frogspawn, a flower pot, bubble tip anenome, and clams, but there are so many more that I would like to get?
So in your opinion I should get a 250W MH?

If you want to be able to place light demanding critters low in the tank, and still have them thive... you need a 250w IME.
