Trekkies have to do a pilgrimage to Borg 4D .... worth the money ...
Dont forget the buffet at Bellagio ... yum ... seafood ...

hahaha good question! Well I will gamble just not a lot, all I know how to play is blackjack. But I am sure there a plenty of guess the number games I can play

but alas no I don't think I will be going to any R-M clubs, hey why pay for something I can see in the mirror!?
I am sure we will go to some regular clubs and dance and drink, I do drink!!

We are also going to the Grand Canyon, actually doing a fly over!

Nope no new fish, fish funds are cut off until after Vegas and then I have many fishy plans!
In fact anyone have an advice about those auto feeders? I was planning on buying one and just putting in some flakes. I am only gone for 4 days so I figured they would be fine with just that. I don't trust my roomies to feed the fish.... they will probably give them pancakes or something!

we have an auto feeder. Just double check what it dispenses before you put on the tank.

Have fun! Lisa

We are often gone for 2 to 3 weeks at a time several times a year. We have had several auto-feeders and they seem to work one trip at a time. Hovering over seawater seems to trash them quickly. Remember that they feed once every 12 hours so install the batteries at an optimal feed time and consider the next feeding will be 12 hrs away (my fish are asleep at 3am). The last one seems to have cycled only once (when we installed the batteries), because it was still full when we returned and it wasn't cycling. The fish were all alive, but a little hungry. We also have a problem with power outages and the HOB on the 100 gal won't syphon when the water level gets low so that sorta worried us....but it was still pumping when we got home after Christmas. For just 4 days i'd probably just stick one of those feeder blocks in the tank. You might consider a timer for your lights as well so you don't disrupt your day/night cycle. :happyfish

thanks for the help! I have my lights on a timer, that is the greatest thing! Those feeder blocks are okay for sw tanks? I would rather use one of those because they are cheaper, which kind should I get?

Check out the mandelay bay aquraium, and theres a nice free to see set up behind the check in desk of the mirage. the old town/ freemont street is cheep as can be. the best deals are over there . to draw you in away from the strip. Avoid the stratosphere for every reason except the view from the tower and the coaster . Don't be affraid to complain if something is not up to you expectations (i.e food , hotel, drinks.) your not going to be the first person to tell them to fix it. and its there job to make your stay enjoyable. And You must go to F A O shwarts and play on the big piano. The veinicien(sp) across from the belogieo is a very romantic palce to waste a few hours , The have a street performance in the mall that is awsome. They sign some opera . Don't try to drive down the strip its nuts you'll spend hours in traffic. Also hit the M&M store by the MGM grand . Don't be fooled by the big frozen drinks in ceasers they are 30 dollars and no stronger then a slurrpy from 7-11. The best margaritas/pina coladas are to be found at treasure island out by the boat show. Any free stuff such as the pirate battle2 TI , water dance - belogio is best to get there in time of the show before the one you want to see. that way as people are leaving you can stake claim to a good spot.

I've yet to use one because we are gone for so long, but I'm sure I've seen them for SW. I'll check and get back to you.
