now if you like buffalo you'll love beefalo its buffalo cross bred with a cow..its very popular here in northern mich ..but very lean meat.

Yeah, that meat wasn't processed right. I don't have that problem. Have to be careful when dressing any animal for consumption. NO fun eating a burger with a bunch of gristle.
