Anyone cultivating copepods?

After the whole pod dicsussion yesterday I spent some more time researching them on the net. I can't find live ones at any LFS, and if they're not too much trouble I'd really like to feed live ones. I read one article where the writer said he had them in a 2 liter bottle for 3 months without adding additional food for them!
I don't have a fuge or a sump. But I do have an extra tank. Anyone know if just a tank and an air pump with maybe 2 lines and a couple of airstones would be enough?
Question #2 - Would a pod tank have an odor? I'm in Texas, and it'll soon be too hot to have it outside or in the garage. I can put it in my laundry room but I don't want my house to have a stagnant creek smell.
Question # 3 - do any LPS eat copepods? Would it be a big enough benefit to my tank to have a separate pod tank?

i bought a hang on back fuge for mine. put a small power head as the inlet and some sand rock and calerpa in the fuge and let it go. i'll often see the fish picking the pods off as they fall back in to the display tank. you wont even notice its there if you dont notice the power head.
