I was wondering if anyone ever heard of this?
I've had a BTA for about 11 months now,2 months ago I added a second one. 2 weeks ago my new one wandered a little too close to the intake tube on my HOB and got partially sucked in. I turned the power off, disconnected the tube and laid it on the bottom. By morning he had gotten himself out. 3 days later he split in 2. Everybody was doing fine.
Now that your up to speed, here's my question. Last night my clones had settled down next to each other, they moved around almost every night. This morning when I checked the tank,my BTA coount is back down to 2. It appears that one clone ate the other. I checked everywhere in the tank and he's nowhere to be found. Has anyone ever heard/experienced this before?
I almost forgot,my remaining clone is in the process of moving over to the older BTA. Has it turned into a cannibal, should I be worried for my "old guy"?
