anyone ever use ropelights???

i was just wanting to know if anyone had ever used blue ropelights as moon lighting??? i just got the idea of doing this after seeing christmas stuff already being placed on the shelves at a local store... just wanted to see what anyone else thinks about this idea... :thinking:

Ive tried it before, it was a little brighter then what I was looking for though. It will work, its just kinda bright. Maybe you could put some tape over some of the lights on the rope to make it darker if you need to.

have any idea where i could get a 4' section of ropelight??? i think ill have to give it a try...

No, mines about 12' maybe. I have never seen one that short. What about cutting a longer one down to the size you want? Dont know if it possible or not but maybe worth looking into.
