Anyone have a Mag 12 they want to get rid of?

I'm looking for a Mag 12 to replace my Quiet One 4000 return pump. My pump works great BUT anytime I loose power or need to shut in down for maint. I have to slap it a few times to get it started. I use a Mag 7 on my skimmer and "never" have problems with restarts. I have researched and found that the "restart" is a common thing; something to do with hydrolic lock or something. Anyway; if anyone can help I would appreciate it!
