Anyone have a spreadsheet checklist?

Just wondering if anyone had a spreadsheet check off list that shows their maintenance schedule every day, week, month, etc?
I was working on one and was wondering if anyone had one they might like to share?
Thanks as always!

I too started an Excel spreadsheet to log details of my tank. But, since I am still curing rock, my entries are limited to the water parameters and any side notes I add along the way. I plan on expanding it to include maintenance schedules and things like livestock addition information (where I bought fish, LFS or Online, etc), acclimation times, quarantine times, etc.
It's still evolving but anyone is welcomed to a copy of it when I am done, if they want.
I was going to buy one of those fancy aquarium log/diaries, but this is much better, I can customize it as I need.
Ken
PS..being a newbie, any suggestions as to what other things need to be on there is greatly appreciated.

I think thats a good idea. I forget sometimes on the last time I used microvert in my tank and trying not to use it more than 1 every 3 days. Having a visual would also help remind me which foam pad I need to replace next with weekly water changes. I use a canister filter w/4 pads so each pad will have been changed 1 time per month.
Having a log for everything on the inside of my tank stand door will be helpful when I do regular water testing instead of using a little notepad thrown in drawer (kids like to draw on anything they can find).
Can you post it when you are done?

I use an excel spreadsheet. Its the simplest way too go!
I have columns for all the measurements and have it set up to auto- tally those columns to create bar charts so I can see trends over time at a glance.
Make sure to include a column for notes for easy reference.
Works great!

In the past I have taken a calendar (like the one you get from your insurance agent) and used it to make a schedule. Make sure you use one that is dedicated to your tank because sometimes it can get full...
I like to fill it out a couple months in advance with daily, weekly, monthly maintaince etc... I also like to record new additions to the tank and record when and how long a fish has been in the QT
At the end of the year I can transfer anything important into the new calendar (ie... anniversaries of additions to tank etc..)
It is a bit old school but it is fun to go back and look at a few years worth of calendars and compare notes.
I do the same thing for my garden...

No problem, I will use this month as an example.
Ah, I just have to figure out how to post it on this forum.

Anyone know how to do this?!?!
I'm ashamed that I pride myself on being pretty tech savvy, but I'm at a lose on how to get a screen shot on this forum of my excel spreadsheet.

That would be easier, send me your e-mail address. I would be happy to send it! :hilarious
Since I seem to be tech-handicapped at this moment!

So does that excel sheet work okay?
You can always add or change it to suit you. For instance you might want to add phosphate to the spreadsheet. I don't regularly test for it since I have RO and only test if algea starts rearing its ugly head.
The set up is simple and on each worksheet page I just plug in the numbers and the graph updates. You can take each month and tie it all in to a yearly so that at the end of the year you see 365 days of trending.
Play with it and make it your own and by all means if you see someway to improve, share it with me! :happyfish

That is a great Idea. Can I get a copy sent to threed240@yahoo.com. I am in the process of building a custom stand for my new 55gal, and BTW I had know idea how much lumber is now. It would help if I could also have a visual to go by on maintnence.
