Still gathering some more research I will post why I said they are sort of a hybrid and what info I can offer as soon as I gather all my info.

Black tang: Zebrasoma rostratum. Not a cross of anything else.

Thats correct Justin, I was mistaken and I read wrong info..so again Black tang is NOT a hybrid. My mistake
