anyone heard of a black dogface puffer?

I just bought one about a month ago it is from the anthron type. He/she is a really cool pet. Are you thinking about getting one?

ya. how much did you pay? are they aggressive? what are the tank mates? how big of a tank?

I have one of these. He is black and white and kind of olive on the top???
If this is the puffer you are thinking of, I can post some pictures of mine.
He is a great pet. He can be a pretty agressive eater. I'm also not sure when my puffer sleeps either. He is ALWAYS up!
Mine likes to sleep on top of my powerhead.

I paid 60bucks for him and he is in a 220 gallon. And right now he is with a porky puffer and a snowflake eel and about 10 damsel fish just left them in after the cycle because I am doing an aggresive tank. He does not eat silversides but he loves frozen krill

yea i want to get one i love puffers i have a 30 gallon with puffers that i will upgrade whan they get to big
