Anyone in Ft. Lauderdale area willing to "hook a brother up" with a cup of LS?

Hi,
I live in Sunrise FL (near the Sawgrass Mall) and am looking for a local experienced reefers. I have a 29gal FOWLR that I want to make into a reef. The sand I have came from those "LS" bags they sell at the store. I think it has bacteria ok... but I need to get some microfauna going. Anyone out there can give a little sand from their established reef?

What kind of shipping is needed for something like this? Overnight? or is sand ok to send via priority mail?

If he sends it UPS it will get there the next day. Your in FL so anything shipped inside of FL is next day.
