I moved to Philadelphia and I am having a hard time finding a good salt water fish store. I refuse to by anything from *****. I moved from FT lauderdale where there were tons of good stores to philly which has almost nothing

I am also in N.E.Philly. Well you've got Pets Plus at RedLion Rd and the Boulevard. Most of the guys in the fishroom used to work at The Hidden Reef, which was a really cool fish store but was destryed by a fire back around November. There is another good one near King of Prussia, East Coast Aquatics.

I just checked both websites and it seems that east coast aquatics maybe good but Pets plus did not have good merchandise. Is there really only two options in Philly for SW fish. I am going to have to go into business

I live in Northeast Philadelphia as well and I am always in the King of Prussia area. Here is a little break down for you.
Pets Plus is probably the best in Philadelphia for saltwater fish and coral.
East Coast Aquatics, down by the airport, does not have much of a supply, but they sometimes get rare and nice stuff in.
The Frazer Zoo, 10 minutes from KOP, has excellent saltwater stock.
For supplies, That Fish Place, in Lancaster, is the only way to go. They are by far the cheapest in Southeastern PA. They are about 45 minutes to an hour from KOP. It is definitely worth it to make a trip up there every so often and stock up on supplies. They are just like a huge warehouse.

If your willing to take a trip over the bridge into Jersey they have a couple real good stores, good salt selection, corals. supplies, live rock. That's where I go. Most of Philly sucks for saltwater.
