Not only are they the most aggressive tang, they are one of the most ich prone as well, which says a lot considering the family. It is a very pretty fish which will need a tank of at least 150g to thrive. Pristine water quality, lots of liverock, and no similar tankmates in shape or looks. HTH. Bo

heres some more information Restricted Species.
Clown Tang - Acanthurus lineatus
The Acanthurus lineatus grows up to 15 inches. The small size will come to you generally 1½ to 2½ inches; the medium generally 2½ to 3½ inches; the large generally 3½ to 6 inches; the XL generally 6 to 8 inches. The Clown Tang prefers a tank of at least 150 gallons with plenty of places to hide & swim. The Acanthurus lineatus is a herbivore and likes to eat marine algae, zucchini, brocoli, mysid shrimp, Spirulina, lettus, seaweed, sponges, and other meaty treats. The Clown Tang is a medium maintenance fish and may act peacefully toward other fish. It doesn't get along with other tangs. Keep with caution in a reef aquarium. Filters pose a threat to the planktonic offspring. Acanthurus lineatus (Linnaeus 1758), the Clown, Pajama, or Oriental Surgeon. Though this is a commonly used species when small, this fish can become an unholy terror towards its tankmates, getting progressively worse with growth. Keep water quality high (SG 1.020 - 1.025, pH 8.1 - 8.4, Temp. 72 - 78° F). The Clown Tang is commonly collected from Fiji, Maldives, Sri Lanka.
