OMG that is funny!
We only have 3 dogs, 2 cats and the fish. Thank-you.

My wife said I could have a bird before, but I don't think so now.
LOL yeah, why is that last in TINY print? So, how many birdies are ya getting

Ilene, you jinxed me. Literally 5 minutes after I replied to your post we got a call about fostering a pregnant Terrier. So we may have anywhere from 4 to 12 dogs tomorrow, depending a couple of things.
Hey, the more the merrier!!!! I agree with Tizz. That pups face definitely belongs on an "I miss you" card!

Aloha, Sammy looks just like our Whippet mix, although smaller and with itty bitty legs. Still trying to get a good picture of them together.

Here's looking at you Tizzo.

Actually you are right, Sammy does have very soulful eyes doesn't he?
Sep, since you jinxed us I feel it only appropriate the you meet Layla. We are not sure but we think she 2 to 4 puppies in her.

Aww, yep, they all have those soulful hound eyes. Sammy does look just like your whippet too! And I agree, the more the merrier when it comes to pets!

Scotts....Very nice dachsund!! Forgive me, but the 'vet' in me has to say that I would not encourage him to sit up on his back legs only as he does in one of the pictures. I know that you know they have tremendous problems with their backs and that type of behavior, while cute, will create problems down the line.

Sep, we foster them until they are either 2 pounds or 8 weeks, whichever that shelter takes them. Then it is off for them to find their new homes.
Aloha, When do you want me to ship one of the puppies to you? We might want to wait until after they are born to pick one out.

Al, Any "vet" advice from you is GREATLY appreciated. We have not actively discouraged him from doing that, but now we will. Funny how many of my mom's dogs "just happened to teach himself that"

so, what is Fred thinking right about now???

That doxie is a cute little fattie. Looks very sweet and seems to have found a friend in the whippet.
I am wondering what Fred will be thinking in a few days when the new puppies (which we better see some pics) show up. Is the mom a karin terrier?

Ha ha! Don't tempt me, Scotts. I am a sucker for animals, especially if any of them happen to have a disability. I have three dogs already, one has three toes, one is missing an eye, and the other one has a corn allergy. I have to stay away from Petfinder since that's how I found all of my misfit toys and hubby says no more!
