hey ya'll
over the last few weeks we have been going to a LFS that allows us to pick out just about any scrap/frag that we can find in the bottom of the coral tanks for 2 bucks each.
normaly its things like xenia, mushrooms ,ricordia and leathers or stuff like that that fell off larger specimens.
most we can firgue out , but this one i cant find anywhere.
to me it looks just like a blue Lollypop Tunicate. but its not blue.
when we got it it was nothing but a VERY tiny ball of what we thought was a piece of a hand leather. but after a few hours under high light it opened up into this
any ideas??

every day it seems to strech out more and more
right now i just had my hands in the tank so everything is kinda closed up. but it does not get a whole lot bigger then this pic . the stalks just space out a bit more. looks unhealthy to me but considering it was under racks of coral away from light for god knows how long i guess it will take time. for 2 bucks for every find we figure its worth a shot

I lean more toward Kenya. With the right lighting and water conditions, Im sure it can make a nice come-back. Is it P*t W*rld you get them from? Mine does that $1.99 per piece - Alot have grown very nicely:D and you cant beat the price!
