I say some type of rhotophyta but always hard to pin it down to a species.

are they neusence? Should i get it out fast? is kind neat looking tho lol
Only a nuisance if you think so. Just keep it in check if you can for a while and see how much it grows. Just like any algae it's gonna need nutrient to grow so you should be able to eradicate it with good husbandry if you want to. I agree that it looks nice and should add some color to the tank. I would try to maintain it for a while if it were me.
