Anyone know what type of Tang this guy is?

The new guy at my LFS told me that it was a Eye-Spot Surgeonfish and the price said 39.99 so I thought it looked healthy and like a nice fish to add to my tank. However when I looked at the price on this site, It was listed at $158.99. Did I get a really good deal or did he give me the wrong info and is it a different fish?
I will try to get better pictures but I just put him in and he has been hiding.

Im a graphic designer so all of the above pictures have been edited for better image quality but it may have messed with the color of the fish here is one of the original photos so you can see the true color.

Looks like a Striped Bristletooth Tang Ctenochaetus striatus

Thats exactly what the fish looks like, the fish in this picture is a
Striped Bristletooth Tang
