ummm.. no.. i said $65 shipped, sorry, and as far as the flate rate up to 70 lbs I dont think that is a true statement.. I've shipped many items via priority and never had this option.

I'd say this rubble may be a little to large for you, but you could always break it into smaller peices.. they are probably an average of 5-8 inches
