Anyone? Opinions

Hello all, I have a 20 gal with about 20lb live rock in Tank. I need a little advice as to what fish I can add to this tank. Well, let me tell you which fish or inverts I would like and please if you could,make comments or suggestions. Like the mandarin Goby but read enough from you all to know better. Tell me would a yellow watchman Goby need the Mandarins' requirements? I Like the arrowhead Crab but I was told they get reel big along with H shoes?I like the pencil urchin, would that work? Or maybe a serpent star? How about a boxer crab anyone own one? As you can see I tend to like inverts or bottom dwellers a lil more for some reason. I would like to put just two small fish in the tank that dont hang out on bottom.(hopefully!) Maybe a couple clowns, Any oppinions? No the yellow watchman doesn't need the same things as a mandarin.
Is this going to be a FOWLR or a reef? If it's gonna be a reef you can forget the pencil urchin.

Thanks cprdnick, No this tank is a FOWLR. So would a pencil urchin do ok? Or yellow watchman goby? Does the arrowhead crab get big?Whats the story with Serpent stars ? hehe sorry for all the questions do you know of a good site that well discribes SW fish and inverts ? Thanks again
