anyone use AIM express?

I get this EVERY time I am at my grandmas :crying:
I have tried and tried to do what it says, and it will not allow it for some stupid A reason. It won't let me sign on no matter what the pop-up blocker settings are, or if I hold down 'Ctrl'.. any advice?
