Anyone use reef roids?

I'm currently putting together a shopping list online for supplies and I was wondering if anyone has used reef roids and if they are a waste of money.
Heres my list (Yes I know no links, but I live in Canada and you guys cant get this stuff anyways)

Might I suggest against the phosguard. i used it for almost 2 weeks and didnt change my phospahtes at all. I had phosban in for 24 hours and lost half my phospahtes. you can also buy the stuff in bulk granulated feric oxide GFO
also Ive seen others here post that they use pillow stuffing instead of buying actual filter floss. huge bag for about 4 USD.
I use reef chilli myself, never used the roids

I li9v e in Canada lol.. Everything heres is more expensive.. so I doubt I'll be saving much on anythinjg. I've been useing phosphogaurd and havent seen phosphates

Ill check out phosphobann also.
Have you heard anything at all about reef roids? Anything melse you would suggest me buying? Its a 10g tank with XP1 filter, HOB fuge (cheatto,LS, Lr)
