Anyone use these

I was wondering if anyone uses these for polyp propagation?

I've seen them before but never owned one. Wouldn't be too hard to make for those DIYers but I wonder how much they weight? I prefer egg-crate to place my frag plugs in.

Yea but its more than a holder. Polyps grow on the surface and then grow to the plugs.

Yes. I've tried such a system. FWIW. For me, I got more laminar coral growth. I assumed this was becuase the egg crate allows for water movement from underneith as well. Not sure, but that's what I noticed. Plus, I hate plugs. I prefer culturing on rubble rock on egg crate. Much more natural to me and sells a lot better.
