Anyone using a corner tank, Such as the All-glass 92 gallon corner reef? what do you think of it? I was thinking of a 240 for my next tank, but I really like the look of this one, It has depth (front to back) that I normally dont see and it's not as deep. demensions, 48x34x24.

my lfs has a 54g corner display, and it looks like everything in the tank is sloping down from front to back. other than that distortion isnt too bad.

We have a 92 gallon corner tank by all-glass. My only complaint would be how deep it is. For instance, last week we brought home a feather duster and to reach the sand bed to place the worm, I had my arm in the tank and the water was almost to my armpit. Probably not too big of a deal if you have longer arms than me. The size is great for aquascaping - there is plenty of room for fish to hide and have territories. The viewing is distorted if you are on one side of the tank looking at the other side but I don't mind at all. I love having the entire front of our 'cheese wedge' tank to view. We also put limo tent around the back 2 sides so when the lights are on, we can see the rock shapes and the fish swimming yet it still feels safe for the fish. It has 130# of live rock yet there is plenty of space in the front part. Keep in mind lights will have to be hung from the ceiling as there doesn't seem to be a light mount/bracket that works for this tank that I know of. Let me know if you have any questions! Here are 2 pics of our tank, the first is from a few months ago, the 2nd from 2 weeks ago.

I have a cormer 54 and 92 shown below. I love them and you can do some cool stuff aquascaping. No distortion in my opinion. Cleaning is easy. I use a mag float and then a razor blade on a wood dowel for the hard stuff. I am out of room in my house, but I would love to have a 180 corner.

I also have a 92 g Corner and Love it. However, a couple thing to keep in mind. True about the light fixture brackets not fitting on the tank. I just got two small pieces of acrylic and set the light above my canopy on the acrylic. It looks pretty nice since my wife would not let me hang it. Also, waterflow can become more of a problem because of the shape. The overflow spouts are not enough. I noticed a couple of pics with powerheads in the corners. I have another pump in the center of the tank to help with flow but it still does not seem to be enough. I do get alot of algae build up, although I have never had anything else to compare it to. The Depth can also make it tough to clean. I end up standing on a chair to clean it. It is still really cool.

Good point on the power heads. If I go with a bigger corner, I would go with a closed loop for sure.

Definitely true on the flow. We have a wavysea maker in the upper right corner with a magdrive 700gph pump to help with flow. No prob. using a magfloat and what's really nice is - no corners to clean! Lol!
