Anyone who went through with the SWF guarantee??

I actually had a orange linkia star and royal gramma die on my out of my order the other day. they both died rather quick and looked bad to start so i know its not my tank, besides everything else is doing great. but anyways i mailed these out last monday...1 week and 2 days ago, still no email. anyone know how long u.s. mail is from michigan to florida?? i thought it would be way quicker than that. i hope they dont try to scam me because i didnt get delivery confirmation.

I don't think they would try to scam you. They do suggest they you get get some kind of delivery confirmation though. I only had one cleaner shrimp not make arrival and they took care of it right away.:joy:

i have to say current feelings aside they are great on honoring the guarantee.they have always gave me credit on what i sent back.

i would email them sometime they are busy and forget.like i said i have spent alot of money with them and they have always been great

You know...my first order with these guys over 18 months ago had three peppermint shrimp die...they gave me a credit which i didnt use until about 4 months ago...cant beat that.
