Anyone with timers on their lights whats your schedule? (soft reef)

I'm interested in this as well. After a battle with hair algae ( I WON!!!) I have mine as follows:
Actinics, on 9am
Main, on 12pm
Main off, 9:30pm
Actinics, off 11:15pm
Basically, 9 1/2 hours of full t-5's.
Now I'm starting to add SPS, so I'm interested in timing for those.

I keep mine on from 12 in the afternoon till 8 at night.

does lighting affect the spawning of corals? or is that just water flow?
