Was thinking of putting a blue spot puffer in my 30 gallon. I've heard they would do fine, would that be alright?

First thing I read on them said minimum tank 50G's......so IMO NO, it would not be okay in a 30G

Well i saw that, but I heard people say that Valentini and Toby puffers would be fine for a 30 gallon, and they also recommended the blue spot one.
