Anything work as "temporary" glue?

I have a duncan that keeps tipping over on the ledge he sits on. I'd like to glue the plug he is on to the ledge but I'd like to be able to pull him out periodically to frag a piece off of him. Is there any reef safe substance that will be tacky but never really dry? I guess the reef equivalent of those sticky note's glue?

any super glue really will work....u can usually get it for a dollar at the dollar tree... u can usually pop it on and off...be careful. Only way i know of fragging duncans is to cut the heads and stocks apart... just sayin..
