if u think it is aptasia most liekly it is. inject it with boiling water or str8 kalk mix, or lemon juice.
to see a PLETHORA of pics, just do a search, they are all over the place

ok... thanks for the advice. If not I will do what you said with a seringe, but cant I just lift it up and take it out. It is in the substrate...

No because then you will break it and it will multiply like rabbits and take your whole tank over. I have actually seen aptasia filters out there though.

I used chem marin stop aptaisa. It worked good they took over my whole tank,It took a year and a half to ge it back. These things are nasty. If you have a lot do not kill them all at once you will stress the tank.

well ive noticed one or two in my fuge. Are they hurting anything in my fuge? do I still need to get rid of them? Do I actually inject the stuff, or can I just use a turkey baster and spray them with it. Thanks.

I had aiptasia when I first started my 29G tank. I was excited that I had something living because all I had was live rock in the tank as it cycled. Well before long, once the tank was cycled and so forth the stuff started multiplying. Once I knew they were bad I researched on how to get rid of it and ended up buying several peppermint shrimp. Within 2 or 3 days they were all gone. I could'nt beleive it! Good luck.

pepps will eat pods and sand bugs if they get hungry enough. Keep them fed and it isn't a problem. I have a pair of them and they behave for the most part.
