hey.. how come my aqua pod is not working.. no directions.. i just pulled it out of the box and stuck it in the water.... and nada ... nothing... anybody???

Check to make sure the impeller has not come out of its socket.
Look at the part that you can move and remove. If you remove it you see the impeller or fan looking thing. It may have come out of its socket.
