AquaC Remora Pro Not Foaming?

G'afternoon SWF people,
Well, I've had my Remora Pro, wich MAG 3 running for about 4 weeks now. Well, the problem is that during those 4 weeks, there hasn't been any foam producing in the Collectiong Cup Column. It seems as though the Water in the Column is only going as high as the water that is surrounding the collection cup column. The only stuff I am getting into the collection cup is the evaporation from the black lid. I was told by AquaC reps that Oils in my display tank may be "popping" the bubbles before they can foam up. I was wondering if anyone has encountered this, or if there was a way i can test if my Remora can actually produce foam.
I do have 2 artificial Coral Decors. I've had them for over a year, but I was told to clean them out to get rid of any residual oils. I also have 2 Fluval 405 Canister filters running Carbon and one has SeaChem Purigen (some tiny ball things in a media bag). and 2 MJ 1200's. about 80 lbs of Live Rock, all in a 110 gal tank.
Basically, i'm just curious if anyone else has had this issue, and if there was a way i can test so that it actually does foam. and if there were any suggestions you can give me.
Thanks for the help in advanced =)

Mine remora doesnt skim if the tank level is too low. Did you rinse it good before you put it in the tank?

Yup, I rinsed both the Skimmer and the Pump. Either way, its been running for over 4 weeks. I would expect it to at least foam up.
What exactly do you mean if yoru tank level is too low?

Well, if im gone for a period of time, without doing top offs, the waterlevel falls below the black plastic rim of the tank, this somehow affects my remora, it doesnt skim hardly at all, but, when I top it off and bring it back the the normal water level, boom, skimmage, lol.
Salinity I belive, also plays a role in buble production, I think thats what tizzo is getting at, but dont quote me. What is your salinity or specific gravity?

Last time I checked my Specific Gravity was at 1.023. I will check again after work today. I also didn't have time to take out my fake coral decor yet. I did however, clean my cup of the evaporated dirty water i got. There was slime on the actual collection cup column. But yet again, still no Foam.

Ok, it looks like after taking off the artificial Coral, there is finally some foam starting to produce! Still not as much as I thought, but there is some. Probably due to my low bioload. But i'm happy its starting to foam. Can't wait to get more fish!

What live stock do you have? I think mine might not be producing much because I have a 110 gal with only 7 fish. Would that be a reason?
