AquaC Remora sends tiny bubbles

My AquaC Remora skimmer has been sending a countless number of tiny air-bubbles back into the tank for a couple of weeks. It always sent some, but recently it's just gotten ridiculous!!!
I don't know what to do. I've contacted the company and they suggested I get some fiberglass window screen (basically a net) and place it crumpled up into the final chamber of the skimmer - I did that and nothing. Still a crapload of bubbles that make my tank look dirty!! Any suggestions?? I haven't been adding any chemicals into it, so far no feedings have been taking place since there were no fish (until today!!! 2 little Oscellaris Clowns! :jumping: ) Anyway, what can I do about the skimmer??? :help:

I tired everything, leveling, cleaning, etc. and I could not stop the bubbles either. Mine started doing better after about 3 months. I was told the tank needed to mature (whatever that means). It still made too many bubbles for me though so I got the skimmer box/bubble eliminator. It is big and bulky but I like it better than bubbles.

I am surprised they didn't suggest a preskimmer box. It has a chamber the return flows into and out the bottom through a sponge. If you are using a Mag drive pump on your Remora I have a spare one I could make you a deal on. They work pretty well but are kinda big.

What do all these boxes attach to? There's enough crap on my aquarium already! :D (The skimmer is powered by a MaxiJet pump.) It's just ridiculous! (I added some stress coat after I added two Clowns yesterday and the skimmer went uber-insane! So I've turned it off altogether. I'll have to wait a few days, I suppose.) Can one put some sort of a sponge into the last chamber of the skimmer, instead of the fiberglass window scrim?? What do you think?

I read a post where someone tried the screen with no real luck. Try a sponge or filter pad right at the waterline on the exit ramp. I need to change the impeller on my mag 5 so I am running a new hyper flow pump and the bubbles are nutz. I was just thinking about a way to deal with the bubbles and that came to mind.

I have the Remora Pro with the Mag3 pump and the bubbles are everywhere. I really believe the tank needs to mature. I originally installed in a tank that was set up for a few months and there were no bubbles.
I then moved the skimmer to another tank that was setup for only 1 day and the bubbles are everywhere.
We'll see what happens. To the guy that has the prefilter box for sale for the mag3, how much are you looking to get for it?
Thanks,
Anthony
