I just bought the AquaController Pro and got it all hooked up and running. My question, being new to this.. is what are the ranges for the different conditions. I know temp and ph.. but what ranges should the ORP, Conduc, and DO???
Any help would be appreciated.
Im also looking for a good idea for the moon light. I looked at LED but didnt seem to light up enough. 150gal reef.. Has anyone tried the outdoor blue X-Mas lights?
Thank you...
Scott

uhhh . . . . the aquacontroller isn't a sump . . . . its a computer interface used to basically control/monitor your tank from a PC.
Pyro . . . I have no idea . . . sorry.

ORP - Not sure what the nuber should be but here ya go.
**the AquaControllerPro can control the ORP level in your tank with the injection of ozone. If the ORP in your tank drops to an user defined settings, the AquaControllerPro can enable ozone injection into the tank. The ozone injection system is not included with AquaControllerPro
ORP = Oxidation Reduction Potential is a measure of the activity of electrons in solution. It is commonly used to measure oxidation or reduction reactions, and is measured in millivolts (mV).
Conduc - Again, not sure what the numbers should be but here ya go.
CONDUCTIVITY = Conductivity (uS) or Total Dissolved Solids (ppm) is a measure of the number of ions in liquid. It is commonly used to measure the quality of a solution
I looked at these units a while ago. I wish there was one that would measure some of the other important things like Calcium, Nitrates, Nitrites, Alk, Ammonia.....I would pay thousands for something like that....esspecially if it can log it to a database which can be displayed via a Web Server.
Hope that helps?
:D
