update I just got my camera back, and have some additions to my tank. It's been 5 months since start and everything seems to be doing great.
Still trying to identify what this is? maybe baby nerite?

yea that snail/slug only comes out at night, so I'm not real sure I couldn't find anything similar. But I think I'm just going to let the xenia spread I've seen a tank at my LFS and it has xenia all over and I love it. plus they are easy to scrape off if i ever change my mind.2
