aquapod pump

[aquapod 24]

what pump would you suggest for an aquapod 24?

Most people go with the Maxi-jet, My LFS recommended a Rio 800 and it made an incrediable difference in water movement, no surface scum. My aqua pod also has a Korola 2 and this seems to be more than enough to circulate the H2O. All fish and invertebrates happy. lol,

i think i will go with the rio because its cheaper.

I use the Rio 1400 and a K1 in the 24-fantastic flow; the 800 I use in my 12G. Actually I just run the K1 about 12 hours a day, that's it.

I used a maxijet 1200 when I first got it. Since then I added a sump and plumbed the mag 5 pump to that opening

pump came in yesterday and i instaled it. What a differance in flow! Its a little loud, but i dont care.
