4 watts per gallon so 96w total. i would get 2 50w stealths. It would work better than the single 100w.

15 pounds of live sand,and this is what i did for my aquapod......got twenty five pounds of base rock(just normal rock the lfs keeps in boxes)and 5 pounds of live rock so the live could seed the base rock and it still wouldnt have a cycle

but make sure you go water,salt mix,wait a 24 hours then live sand then rock
