Yellow, Purple, Green, Orange....

Any color really.....I painted mine black. I feel it makes everything in the tank stand out more.

looks like the black is winning, i just wanted some advice,i was thinking of black but i was not sure i seen some blue but never seen a black one.

before commenting on the background color, let me say that the placement of your tank couldnt be better! id love to walk into my house and have my tank right there, before i even kick off my shoes! that is great, and i rarely, if ever, have seen an in-wall tank right near the door like that... kudos! i know its to late to chime in on the background color, but you went with the right color. black is the way to go. i dont like blue backgrounds, anything about them. your tank is where its at!

when you did the black is there a certain paint to use or recommend....i think a flat black would be cool...or do you use a gloss black...
