Aquarium Forum wanted....please?

Sharks,
Is there any way of getting the aquarium forum back? It seems that many of us (myself included) enjoy having the "off topic" conversations as seen in many of the regular forums. Someone just got angry recently about a Canadian/American hockey discussion just because it was in the "fish discussion" forum. Also a LONG and mighty funny "reefer" discussion was had in the reef forum.
Since so many people enjoy having a place to just "chat" is there any possible way of getting that open forum back just for non-fish discussion? I know that I speak for many members here....at least I think so! Thanks for whatever you can do

I think the regular forums get a bit full when "extra topics" are added and its harder to find the fish information we are looking for.

I would love for it to return. I enjoyed all the off topic conservation. Not that I don't enjoy the other forums, but sometimes it is nice to just laugh.

I don't see it coming back in the near future. I will keep trying .... I sort of miss it myself.

Is this something you get to vote on as well? What is the reason that the other sharks are saying it won't be back anytime soon? It is something that is wanted by many on this bb.
Sorry to keep rambling, but I guess I don't understand why it can't be put back on even if it's not a totally "relevant" forum to fish keeping. <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

I'm sort of the newbie shark so I really don't have the answer for you on this yet.
Being a moderator means trying to moderate .. go figure huh
That's all I'm trying to do right now.

Yeah its kind of ironic that there is no aquarium forum anymore and people continue to put "off topics" in the reef and fish section. What happens then is some members get mad about these topics. The ironic part is that Broomer5 the shark post an off topic about dogs!!
Sorry i just had to say something. Not mad at ya broomer5 but you yourself have made a good example of why people like the aquarium around here. Keep up the good work and see what ya can do about the Aquarium
