Woke up this morning and decided to take a trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific in LongBeach......Lots of pics to follow...

thats a nice aquarioum they have a nice reef tank setup with lots of sps some big clams and other things
lookin fwd to the pics

Ok, just gotback and I gota say that it was a total freakin disaster....There were half a bazillion kids in strollers and there was simply no way to squeeze in to take pics and if you did, people started huffing & snorting if you took more than 30 seconds to view a tank as there were so many people.
Plus most of the tank are curved acrylic which makes it almost impossible to capture good images,
These guys were incredible, was able to capture maybe 2 good images

This was a very cool, Atlantic surge zone tank. Check out the heigth difference on those waves. The air above the water was actually "mist" or "fogged"

The mother of all Umbrella's..............Good grief, this round 4' tank and thats 1 SINGLE Umbrella in the middle.

I really have to say "sorry" most of the images are not that great, I'm going to call the Aquarium and find out what the slowest days are and make another trip
