Aquascaping Live Rock

Okay my friends I've had a little problem arise due to my own fault. I'll post a picture and then I need some help without killing anything in my tank or at least the best way not to kill anything in my tank. When you look at the picture of my tank, the rock that sits at the top and forms the hole fell the other day.
I did have it epoxied but it came lose when I accidently nudged it. Nothing got hit except my frogspawn and it knocked one of the heads off it - instant frag. (Both the frag and the original piece are doing good.)
My thinking is this is definitely not too safe and I'm wanting to re-scape the tank and make it more stable. The LR that is in there now that forms the main part consists of three pieces. The two bottom ones and the upper piece. Whats the best way to rescape this tank without messing up the fish and corals I have in there now?? Here I was so proud of myself that everything was doing good, parameters good, etc. and now to have to tear it apart and put it back together. I just don't know the best way to handle it and how much it will throw all my parameters off. I have a QT cycling but it's not ready for any fish or anything yet-everything is still spiking, probably another week or more. I have several additional smaller pieces of LR that have been in the little 6g tank for at least a month or more. (wondering if I could use some of that in the rescaping) So any help would really be appreciated.

Thanks

If you don't stir things up too much, then it shouldn't really affect your water parameters. How you actually want to re-arrange your rock work is your own decision; just solve it like a puzzle.

I love your tank I would not change it epoxy it back in place then start building up the strength by adding epoxy to the joints as the pieces harden

I like it as well - maybe you could drill and pin the live rock together with some fiberglas or acrylic rods.

I was thinking that too. So by adding more epoxy as it hardens would strengthen it and keep it in place. Would it be best to remove the old epoxy and start fresh or just add to what's there?

yes by adding more epoxy to the joints you will strengthen the load bearing areas
If its not going to be much trouble I would chip away at the mating surfaces to get a little more contact. If that’s a hassle just epoxy it as is. Use a good two part aquariums epoxy for use under water.

+ 2 or 3 on rock work it looks geart the way it is and + 1 on Joe's advise. Plus I don't know how many times I have fragged my hammer by hitting it. My once large head is now several small heads.

I'm gonna take Joe's advice. I'll pull that rock out for a very short time to try and chip away some of the epoxy, add more and put it back in the tank. I have a 2 part epoxy that works underwater. Cause I like the way I've got it aquascaped too. Thanks again all of you.

You can place the rock in a rag soaked in saltwater just exposing the area you want to reshape and gain some time you can spend chipping at it
