Are coral sales now legit?

There's no longer a disclaimer stating no coral sales in the classified section, does that mean its legit now. Should coral sale threads go in the classified forum or coral and trade forum?

Here's a quote from a moderator (NMreef) from the first thread posted in the forum.
"My understanding is its open for trading and selling of corals...just as the name implies. Not a place for vendors to drum up business...but a place for members to sell/trade....take care to keep things civil and this will be a good place to trade...but I'd suspect that if this forum is taken advantage of we'll loose it. Personally I'd hate to see that happen."
I'm happy to see it and it's good for the hobby. Being an sps guy, there are many advantages to buying captive-raised frags as opposed to wild colonies, and it's great to see the site encouraging that now. It's a win-win-win situation on the part of the buyer, seller, and SWF.com...

Another moderator said it was only open to trading, not selling, so I would say no. Maybe some distinct rules should be posted as a sticky in that forum...

A sticky explaining everything is the best way to solve it. I just checked the classified section and included in the first two posts listed was livestock for sale along with setups. None of these (or any other I've seen) were reprimanded, so hopefully there is no problem.
As long as it's individuals and not businesses selling livestock, it's much better than taking them to the LFS as we all know, where the uninformed consumer far outnumbers the well-researched.
It's their call, but I hope they don't come down on all of the people looking to sell livestock. I'll change my earlier stated win-win-win to a win-win-win-win as the livestock benefits too :D .
Happy Friday all...
