Sounds like a plan and IMO, your fish would be fine in something that size although, that Panther is going to get big enough to eat the rest of your fish and that Angler will have to be moved to a different tank.
I'm planning a 7500gal. system which will be comprised of 2 display tanks, a pond and filtration. We'll have to get together and brain storm, when you start planning. Maybe we can help each other out. I'd love to know how the Nigers are working out...I'd love to have a school of them, as they are a schooling fish, in the wild.

Amazed to see that everyone has somehow missed BadDominio's racist and ignorant response. What route do you take to get a member banished?

Turbonut...see if you can find some large zebra turbo snails...I keep two in my aggressive tank, they are the size of my fist. You may also be able to find olive snails, they have a long pretty shiny shell. They will stay in the sand and scavenge at night.

I keep a large silver scat in mine as a scavenger.between my foxface and my scat I have no leftovers or algae blooms in my tank.silver scats eat anything and everything.but they are not the most common of scat available to sw.caution this fish is also venomous.sold as a brackish species sold on the small side if found.I purchased mine 4 yrs ago he was aprox 4 inches then he is now 9 inches.he is housed with
large volitan lion,lunear wrasse,bi colored foxface,black morey eel,niger trigger,spiney boxfish puffer,panther grouper.with this fish I have no clean up crew.or need one
