Are there purple slugs?

So twice now i have seen on the same rock a tiny blue/purple slug like very small, i thought it was a small mushroom but then go back later and its gone, tonight i seen what looked like a small clear bulb/tenticle on its back. I really should have got a pic but i will for sure if it shows up again. anyone have any ideas? thanx

Small and purple with one tenticle? Without a picture and/or a proper description it is realy impossible to identify.

Almost sounds like a purple nudi to me... Look in the inverts section here, they have some decent photos of nudibranches.
