I don't know anything about that brand, but that is the sort of fixture you should be looking at. I know it will work for soft corals and some LPS, but I'm not sure about your anemone.

1st, what size tank do you have?
I have those same lights that I use along with 2x400 MH. the Jebo system is fine, the bulbs that come with it are crap. the bulb placement is closer together than other higher priced fixtures, so you don't get quite as much light reflecting down into the water.
