Are these flatworms?

I have these all over my glass and I thought they were flatworms but now I've been looking at flatworm pics and mine don't look like any others I've seen. Mine are about 1/10 of an inch and are almost clear and have a brownish small oval in the center of theri body. They are also an oval shaped liked a smashed penny only tiny. And at the bottom on their body there is a upside down U shaped cut out so it's like it has two "tails". I know this is tough to imagine but I have no digital camera.

Oh that's them. I hear the white ones don't do anything bad besides they eat pods. If this is true I want to get rid of most of them because I would like to get a Mandarin someday and I know they need a lot of pods and I could never get one with all these flatworms eating the pods the Mandarin needs. I know there is a nudi out there that eat flatworms but I don't know if would eat the ones I have and I don't know if a nudi would be the best choice. What else would eat flatworms? Because I have thousands

Where did you hear that these white flatworms eat pods? I can't imagine how they could catch a pod; pods are seriously fast, and I thought flatworms moved at snail speed.

Well a lot of people I have talked to about it say the white ones will eat copepods (sp?). And if that is true I want the flatworms gone or most of them anyhow because they are not very pretty hanging out all over my glass.

Well what would the flatworms and is reef safe that won't eat pods. Because the sixline wrasse would eat all the pods because mandarins are slow so I need something that would just eat flatworms and is reef safe.

Seems the worms more very slowly and the pods are much faster????
It's quite fascinating to watch. They get close and then raise up and open up like a tent almost and surround the pod. From watching my refuge they miss more then anything lol... but I guess when your meal is half the size you are, you don't have to eat very often.
