the clear picture is of bristle worms. they eat waste, excess food, etc, but can become a nuisance if they reproduce to much.

mayb try not zoomin in much
take a pic thats not zoomed in, put it in ur comp. and then crop it

I suspect the first is Asterina stars and the last is a microbrittlestar.
Personally, I would keep both (assuming these are the correct id).
The brittlestar for sure.
And I personally believe the majority of Asterina stars are beneficial as well. Now and then there can be problems (eating, in particular SPS corals) but I would expect you to get these on SPS coral frags. I would keep all of these.

Agree with above... should be find unless your LR has one of those nasty Mantis Shrimp.... those things are brutal and so impossible to get out of the tank.
