Are These Spirorbid worms (picture)

Hello everyone,
I just noticed a few of these in my skimmer when I was doing some maintenance. Upon further review I would say theirs about 75-100 of them in my sump. I tried to search and the closest thing I found are Spirorbid worms. Is this what they are?

those are q-tip sponges and are a sign of a healthy tank.

Tanks been up since February. I live in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley to be exact.
